Located in the rapidly developing Ataşehir region of Istanbul, the new residential and commercial complex project has been designed with the changing living and working habits of the post-pandemic era in mind. Despite being situated in the city center, the loft apartments on the ground floor are planned to be used as both work and living spaces, offering flexible usage possibilities. This approach aims to meet the individual and professional needs of the users while providing the functional flexibility required by contemporary life.

In the design of the project, special attention was paid to the increasing need for garden and common space use during the pandemic. Accordingly, large and green spaces have been created to meet the socialization and recreation needs of the building’s residents and users. The common areas are designed to be suitable for outdoor activities, aiming to offer a life in touch with nature. The landscaping in these areas emphasizes natural elements and provides an opportunity to escape the stress of city life.

The complex was designed with energy efficiency and sustainability criteria in mind, and innovative architectural solutions and environmentally friendly materials were preferred. In this way, both environmental impacts are minimized, and the health and comfort of the users are prioritized. Additionally, a strategic layout plan that ensures ease of transportation and access was adopted in the design of the project, aligning with the dynamics of modern city life.
